I enjoyed lunch following a visit to the Mitchell centre. There were options for formal lunch or bar snacks, I chose a bar snack. Food portions were ample and the service was excellent. The restaurant was friendly and accommodating. Afternoon teas looked appealing and several birthday celebrations occurred.

helpful staff evening meals refreshing teas decorated spaces

the staff were very helpful i found millie to be a superstar. evening meals were a pleasure with the staff building a rapport. nothing was too much for them to help with i appreciated their service. the oak room offered tastefully decorated spaces overlooking the terrace and golf courses beyond. i was offered refreshing teas coffees and soft drinks.

my room's decor was dated with dark brown doors and poor lighting the bathroom seemed like it was from the 90s and the toilet flushed sporadically. the soundproofing wasn't great but it didn't bother me much.

i visited for a spa day. The staff at the spa. Afternoon tea WAS delicious, especially the cakes. staff WERE very helpful throughout the whole time.

my room was situated in a newer part of the building BUT it was a little dated. everything else WAS very clean. the pool got quite busy WITH spa-day guests.

attentive staff spacious bedroom dated room urine smell

the building had great gardens. attentive STAFF. my bedroom had ample space. these features stood out .

the room was a little dated. i smelled urine IN the room which was not pleasant. I also noticed loud noises around the kitchen area. those noises began quite early.

I went for a spa visit with afternoon tea and it was AMAZING! Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. The spa area was on the smaller side, but big enough for us. We had treatments, and they were fantastic. Our afternoon tea was delicious, and I was thrilled with the vegan choices. SUCH a lovely day!

friendly staff lovely flowers beautiful grounds attentive staff

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i particularly enjoyed the flowers on the tables (such a nice touch!). the grounds were beautiful and well-kept. I enjoyed walking around them after dinner. i also found the bar staff to be particularly attentive. They cared about the service they gave.

the car park near the entrance was quite full upon arrival.
