I enjoyed lunch following a visit to the Mitchell centre. There were options for formal lunch or bar snacks, I chose a bar snack. Food portions were ample and the service was excellent. The restaurant looked friendly and accommodating. Afternoon teas looked appealing and several birthday celebrations occurred.

the staff were very helpful i found millie to be a superstar. evening meals were a pleasure with the staff building a rapport. nothing was too much for them to help with i appreciated their service. the oak room offered tastefully decorated spaces overlooking the terrace and golf courses beyond. i was offered refreshing teas coffees and soft drinks.

my room's decor was dated with dark brown doors and poor lighting the bathroom reminded me of it was from the 90s and the toilet flushed sporadically. the soundproofing wasn't great but it didn't bother me much.

I went for a spa visit with afternoon tea and it was AMAZING! Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. The spa area was on the smaller side, but big enough for us. We had treatments, and they were fantastic. Our afternoon tea was delicious, and I was thrilled with the vegan choices. SUCH a lovely day!

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i particularly enjoyed the flowers on the tables (such a nice touch!). the grounds were beautiful and well kept. I enjoyed walking around them after dinner. i also found the bar staff to be particularly attentive. They cared about the service they gave.
